Just received my shiftpod v1.5 that I will use at Burning Man this year. I have a couple questions for anyone that has one or used one. Didn't want to resurrect an old thread and there's not much information online. What A/C set up did you use? Was A/C crucial in a shiftpod? Did you use a shade structure?Shiftpod is much quicker to put up and take down, but will require shade or your AC will just be fighting a losing battle. Hexayurt takes more time (and people) to set up and tear down, but is well insulated and doesn’t need separate shade. I had a shiftpod 2, and thought about cutting custom flooring for it but that would just become another thing to store, and to clean. Instead I got cheap lightweight moving blankets from harbor freight and used those as a flooring surface. They wash up really well in a front loader machine since they are not heavy like good moving blankets.Grateful for any insight from folks who have tested this dual hose setup in a shiftpod.
