Pretty sure 2 bleed twinblades are better, but for the elden bling id run just 2handed. Going with the pole blade and peeler will result in overall more bleed buildup specially since somber weapons have a lower bleed buildup than normal weapons so the peeler would have more blood buildup than pole blade but work together well.

Yeah I tried the endgame bosses with Eleonora's Poleblade 2H and it was kinda painful because of how much it relies on combos and how small the boss openings are. I can't even imagine using the others that don't have Bleed or a good weapon art like Eleonora's.
