You don't need dogmeat to duplicate shipments. You can use the merchant glitch to buy as many as you want. Go to merchant that sells shipments Find the shipment you want then press SQUARE and X at the same time. If you're successful, you'll get the shipment even if you dont have the caps. Wait 48 hours and repeat.
