Over the last couple of months, seemingly as the weather in Chicago has gotten colder, the vehicle started exhibiting a bad shudder and vibration when the VCM would kick on. The VCM technology is what changes the camshaft timing to increase the engine performance. And when there is something wrong with this timing, the engine will start to misfire.
