Picked up a old Cetme C308 Sporter with the rail next to nothing. Took apart the rifle and barrel appears unfired. Unfortunately, it's extremely hard to cock. Just bringing the cocking handle to 90 degrees of the barrel is tough, almost impossible. I believe the previous owner couldn't resolve the rifle's issues and just moved it down the road ...
